RETURN POLICY

At Syutrra, we're committed to delivering pieces you'll truly love. Every product is crafted with care and goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if something doesn't feel right, we offer a smooth and simple return process.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In its original packaging with all tags intact

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• All products are eligible for return unless marked under Archive Edit or Girls Like Us.
• Only one return per order is allowed.
• Orders placed using store credit cannot be returned again.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN METHOD

All approved returns are refunded via store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Visit our Return Portal on the website.
2. Enter your Order ID and the registered email or phone number.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Choose a reason for return.
5. Upload images if the item is defective or incorrect (mandatory for such cases).
6. Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.
7. Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 working days.

Tip: Please take a photo or video while handing the item to the pickup agent. It helps in case of any disputes.

RETURN CHARGES & STORE CREDIT

• A ₹150 reverse pickup charge per product will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are only done in the form of store credit and not in bank accounts.
• Store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days after we receive your return.
• Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

QUALITY CHECK (QC) REJECTION TERMS

Your return will be rejected and sent back if:

• The item appears used
• The item carries strong perfume or any other odor
• The item has been washed, altered, or damaged

If rejected, you will need to pay:

• ₹150 for pickup
• ₹150 for reshipping
  
  Total: ₹300

Our team will connect with you for the payment before sending the item back.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

If you receive a defective product by mistake, we sincerely apologize. Here's how we will assist you:

• We will arrange a pickup of the defective item.
• It will be repaired or replaced based on the situation.
• The corrected product will be delivered back to you as soon as possible.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns or issue bank refunds for defective items.
• Our goal is to ensure you receive the correct, fully functional product without any hassle.
